Return Policy January 1, 2013
When returning items, please follow the following procedures:
• Contact us for an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number. No returns will be processed without an RGA number.
• Item must be returned within thirty (30) days of the date of shipment.
• Item must be returned in new, unused condition, in original packaging, with all instruction manuals, parts and accessories, to ensure full credit.
• Provide a copy of original order or invoice.
• RGA number must be referenced on paperwork and on outside of shipping carton.
• Original shipping, handling, and return postage charges will not be refunded.
• If you are returning merchandise that had free shipping, we will deduct the shipping charges from your credit.
• No refund on electrical parts.
• A restocking charge may apply.
All returns must be insured and a signature is required for proof of receipt of delivery
If you have returned merchandise that has been deemed non-refundable you may request to have that merchandise returned to you providing you pay return shipping charges.
Any items missing from your shipment which are not backordered must be reported to Galaxie within 5 days of receipt.
Any damaged merchandise or carton shortages must be reported to Galaxie within 5 days of receipt.
All defective items must be sent back for inspection before a replacement item will be sent.
Upon receipt of all returned items, our technicians will test and evaluate each item to determine if it is defective. If your item is defective and unused and in the original packaging, we will send out a replacement. If the item is used, it will be covered under the warranty and reshipped to the customer. Warranty items will be repaired or replaced at our option if returned within the terms of the warranty.
We reserve the right not to issue or process a credit or refund in the event the returned product is received in unsatisfactory condition. Returned merchandise may take up to six weeks to receive, process and issue a refund. Deviation from our return policy may result in a restocking charge and/or add to the time it takes to receive a refund or replacement. Undeliverable or refused shipments will be credited back less the shipping charges you were charged or our cost if you received free shipping. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
