Over time our Galaxie GL-100 (purchased in 2000) would stop working for short periods of time. As time went by, outages increased. Described the symptoms to Joe and he correctly diagnosed the problem as a failing relay. We ordered the replacement part and it was quickly shipped and delivered. I took the unit off the wall so replacing was fairly easy. Loved the hand-drawn wiring diagram--it was very useful. Up and running in no time.

I was pleased with the relay unit.  The electrical diagrams made electrical hook-up easy.  Mechanically it was moderately difficult to install due to space limitations in the canaster.

This part was an exact replacement for my trusty old central vacuum which must be at least 25 years old. Installation was straightforward and the part fixed my problem (vacuum wouldn't turn off). Good price and fast shipping. Very satisified.
