The three little words everyone loves to hear: IT'S MACHINE-WASHABLE. I threw it in with a regular load of laundry, and it emerged clean and intact. I could have hung it up to air-dry, but instead dried it on LOW heat in the clothes dryer. Before popping the mop pad in the dryer, I put it in a zippered lingerie bag (more to protect my other laundered items from picking up wee bits of neon green fuzz). It emerged dry and beautiful.
An observation regarding the microfiber mophead and its detachable pad(s): There is a definite orientation to how the pad is attached to the mophead, as illustrated ONLY in the photo shown at the website. Since the microfiber pad is different from front to back, I consulted that photo image to make sure I had it on right. (The "gap" goes in front, correct? Seems logical, in terms of dirt-sucking dynamics.)
