The hose was a huge upgrade from what we had from almost 30 years ago. Customer service was great. When an inventory issue arose, I was contacted and adjustments were made to fill the order. Everything was done right on time.

Fast and Easy.  Our replacement hose for our Galaxy house vac was received via FedEx Ground in just a few days. The new hose works great.  Hope it lasts as long as the original one - 27 years!

I initially ordered this style and they were on back ordered.  I was given the option to wait for the pistol grip or switch to the comfort grip and get it sooner.  I am glad I got the comfort grip now it’s very comfortable in your hand.

I ordered the wrong type hose. I called and was helped with the correct hose. They shipped the right hose before I sent the other one back. Very good customer service helpful and friendly staff. I will be shopping there again.
