Replacement parts September 6, 2024 Reviewer: Jessica from Staten Island, NY United States   I just want to say the biggest THANK YOU! Ordered replacement parts for my central vac system, and it wasn't working. Once I got on the phone with Charlotte and a technician they were able to diagnose what my issue was, send out additional needed parts and now everything works! Hasn't worked properly in years. Love it! August 18, 2020 Reviewer: Michelle T from Oro Valley, AZ United States   We bought a 1989 home with central vac already in it, but the attachments were gross or broken.  The picture of the wall receptacle helped me make my decision, and we got exactly what we needed.  It's nice to have brand new equipment to take care of "our mess" rather than using someone else's.  Delivery was in five days after ordering for free.  Awesome!
