Replaced 27 Year Old GA-100 June 19, 2024 Reviewer: Mike Brunelle from Pelham, NH United States   My original GA-100 kept tripping the breaker even though the brushes were good and everything else I could think of checking looked OK.  The new unit is quieter and works great.  My only complaint was that the flexible no-glue connection sleeve that the directions said was included was not in fact included. GA-100 Central Vac February 8, 2024 Reviewer: Bret Meyer from Barre, VT United States   The GA-100 has been an incredible unit.  The unit is nearly 30 years old and this is the second relay and the second or third set of brushes. I love my Galaxie vacuum April 13, 2023 Reviewer: Dee Voytilla from Waikoloa, HI United States   We had a galaxie central vacuum for nearly 18 years and it finally burnt up. It probably would have lasted even longer if we would have changed the brushes like recommended. So, we bought a new one and it’s great. We have pets so we needed something with lots of suction for pet hair/dander and dirt. I’m so pleased with our new one and love the customer service. I highly recommend a galaxie. Galaxie GA-100 September 6, 2020 Reviewer: Michael from Florida   I installed this unit in my home 20 years ago ago with floor sweeps. I have so far replaced 1 hose and a circuit board about 5 years ago. If you have animals you will need a good vac system and this is the one. 20 years old and still kicking like the day it was installed. 10 year warranty April 23, 2020 Reviewer: Calvin Reini from Rindge, NH United States   My brother and a friend have had this brand for years and never had a problem.  After comparing specs and prices it was my choice to buy this model.  I'm impressed with the 10 year warranty, no other appliance in the house has even half the warranty.  My wife is very pleased and says it works sooo much better than the old Panasonic she's been using, but of course we shouldn't even compare it to that since quality central vac  and a cheap canister vac are totally different.
